Nutritional Guidance:
Eating for the Mind, Body and Spirit

As a strong believer that food plays a huge role in overall wellness and being a graduate in Nutrition and Dietetics (see below), I also feel led to offer nutritional guidance to any one who seeks it. Eating for the mind, body and spirit is nutritional advice unlike any you have ever heard before!
"Let thy food be thy medicine"... and prevention!  Once you learn the basics of nutrition, dive into your personal needs and desires and learn what foods enhance what energy system in the body. You learn how and what to eat to make yourself feel the way you desire. Whether your goal is weight loss, weight gain, chakra clearing or enlightenment, there is always something you can do to see progress through diet. I feel strongly that fad diets are destructive and unhealthy, in most cases. The key is to find out your personal needs, desires and sensitivities when it comes to food. 
What makes you feel groggy? Energized? Emotional? Vibrant? What foods do you feel guilty about eating? 
Through answering some basic questions and seeing food through a new perspective you can learn how to feed your body to stay at an optimum level of wellness. 

When you feel good, any dream is up for grabs!
