This is what I consider to be my full package of passions I offer! 

Whether you come to a session with a challenge to focus on, question to answer or an overall boost in vitality, there are three main parts to each session: 
an intuitive reading of energy and chakras, 
energetic healing, 
coaching towards empowerment and balance of the mind, body and Spirit. 

We discover the beliefs, thought patterns and habits that are keeping you limited and imbalanced, then dive deep to discover their roots so we can treat the cause. I give you the tools to begin to heal these pieces of yourself and this enables you to continue building towards your enlightenment and full potential in this life.

We create a guide of practical steps for you to take that starts the momentum for your healing process and spiritual growth. 

The objective is to leave you with a new sense of hope, motivation and creative power. Every session will be unique and tailored to the present energy and is divinely guided. Our mind, body and spirit all play an essential part of the healing. For this reason, sessions often include guidance on what keeps each of these aspects of our being healthy, balanced and vibrant.
Eventually, we want you feeling empowered enough to feel confident in YOUR ability to self-heal and listen to your own intuition!

Spirituality is an awareness of something outside of the five senses we use in the physical world. It embodies so much and is different for almost everyone! We are all unique in our beliefs and experiences. 
During these healing sessions, we dive to a new depth of understanding into what your beliefs are and how they serve you (or how they do not). We do this so we can find strength and guidance through our Spirit. Self-Empowerment starts with love and spirituality (whatever that means for you).

Our bodies are so important when it comes to a fulfilling and healthy life.  Physical well-being influences all other aspects of life. Beliefs, thoughts and energy strongly influence physical well-being. Do you see the cycle here? Welcome to the holistic approach! There are so many ways to keep our bodies strong and healthy; just to name a few: what we eat, what goes into and on our bodies, how we move, how we hold ourselves, how we see ourselves and so on! It is important to take action on a physical level to reach the state of pure well-being we all desire.

How many of us... Feel like a slave to our mind’s chatter? Still think like our caregivers from our younger days? Hold on to beliefs that keep us limited? Struggle with constant negative perspectives and judgments? 
Our minds are very programmable, much like computers. Unfortunately, our society and environment tend to sway us towards programming in hopes to keep us in a box of limitation and disbelief in our true potential. Together, we find ways to practice reprogramming our minds to something of our choosing. Usually that means a much more positive outlook on life, more loving thoughts towards ourselves and less judgments on others. We work on taking our responsibility and personal power back, so that we can step up to our roles as the Creators of our lives!
