This is a life coaching program designed to walk you through each aspect of your life to ask the right questions to get clarity on action steps that will bring you to a lifestyle of balance and empowerment.
I use a tried and true system PLUS tarot life-coaching and accountability.
This can also be customized to any particular challenge or transition you are facing.
More specifically this means:
Accessing awareness around limiting and supportive beliefs.
Gaining clarity on values & priorities then
building habits & a lifestyle to align with them.
This often can sound scary because, YES, it takes work and commitment.
You will begin asking yourself the bigger and deeper questions to connect you back to your beliefs that filter your life for better or for worse.
This is work at the soul level which is why I know you are capable!
Once you start seeing the benefits it will fuel that self empowerment!

Using the my tried and true system and tarot cards we pinpoint exactly where to focus your energy and what actions steps you'll carry on for the next 2 weeks.
- Every week I check in via email (or voice message)
These are to motivate you to stay focused on your self-care and actions steps and answer any questions.
During these session expect:
- Guidance to clarity on your values to live by.
- Action steps to build a strong foundation for healthy habits.
- Accountability for actions steps we create together.
- Feeling supported and empowered to stay focused on your self-care.
- A full tool belt to refer back to after the program.
