Here is one of my reoccurring lessons. One that comes up daily or hourly even!
As each moment passes, I become more aware of how I am (or am not) honoring ALL of myself. Mind, body and Spirit. Any time something feels off, whether it be physical, emotional, spiritual or a relationship, it is time to take a look at how I’ve let my self-care slip through the cracks. Where did I not honor my self? Personally, it’s usually lack of writing, yoga, eating well, boundaries and/or meditation. It’s during these times I know I could benefit going BACK TO BASICS of self-care!
Honor comes in all shapes and sizes.
Any thing from allowing yourself to feel your emotions without judgement to eating your fruits and vegetables.
